PEHRC’s resource hub brings together key evidence on the challenges faced by our public education systems globally, including the privatisation in and of education, for policymakers, researchers and education advocates.
Key Resource on the Right to Education
The Abidjan Principles
The Abidjan Principles are a tool for governments, courts and education advocates to defend education as a human right.
Developed through extensive consultations across five continents, the Principles clarify States' obligations to provide public education and to regulate private actors.
